Muskoka Brewery, Bracebridge, Ontario

  • 6.4% ABV
  • This bottle is caped with a pop-top. When opened there was almost no pressure behind the cork. Not much carbonation in there???
  • Colour is deep red and slightly translucent, with an airy head, which dissipates quickly.
  • The aroma is sweet, with notes of potpourri and pine tree sap
  • Very hoppy bitterness happening on the tongue. The initial hoppyness develops into a robust earthy sap -like finish.
  • This seems to be a very well balanced beer with the bitter chased by sweetness.
